UAE Residence Visa Process
1. E Channel Registration
You can visit our authorized FZ Typing Center for the file opening process and Federal Authority for Citizenship (ICA) E- Channel registration.
2. Entry permit
Second step is to apply for an entry permit. An Entry permit is a document, or a temporary visa that is applied under the sponsorship of a company or a family member living in UAE.
3. Change Status
If you are inside country, you need to apply for change of status from Entry Permit to Residence Visa.
4. Medical Test
Once the status of your Visa is Changed, you will be required to go for a medical screening at an approved Medical Center. At FZ typing Centre we provide PRO assistance and pick & drop facility for the medical Test.
5. Emirates ID
After your medical Test is cleared, you can then apply for an Emirates Identity Card. Our PRO will assist you to the authorized center for your Fingerprint scan.
6. Visa Stamping
The final stage is getting your visa stamped on your passport. You need to visit Immigration Office with your Original Passport and Emirates ID where the representative will place a visa sticker on your Passport. Or you can rest at home and avail our PRO services, we’ll take care of all that extra effort.
Types of Visas

UAE Residence Visa Renewal
As only short-term resident permits are available in the UAE. Expats must renew their visas prior to the expiration date. To live lawfully in the United Arab Emirates, for example, if your residence visa is valid for two years, you must renew it every two years before it expires.
Non-renewal or late renewal might result in penalties and other legal ramifications.
Requirements for Renewal
The process of applying for a visa renewal is identical to that of applying for a new visa. You do not, however, need to file any paperwork with the immigration office or ask for an entry permission.
